1. 1. - 9. 1. 2016 City Retreat

City retreat takes place in the Prague Buddhist centre from 1st January till the 9th January. You may take part in meditation sessions during the day and listen to lectures in the evening. Lectures are given by the Diamond Way teachers.

Daily program

7.00 – 7.30  16th Karmapa meditation
8.30 – 9.00 16th Karmapa meditation
10:00 – 12:30 individual meditation
14:00 – 16:30 individual meditation
17:30 – 19:00 individual meditation
(guided 8th Karmapa meditation in the small gompa)
20:00 lecture +16th Karmapa meditation
